Hi all,
Sadly we are now back in Lockdown, I wanted to let you know what the plans will be:
Thank you for those who completed the survey, the overwhelming majority were in favour of moving online, even for the short term. While we are confident that we are as safe as can be, nothing is 100%. Our first priority is always to love our neighbour, and with that in mind, it is loving to suspend our in-person services, for the time being. We will be moving back onto Zoom but we will continue to review this.
With this in mind we are suggesting:
- From this week we go back to Zoom – https://zoom.us/j/106652703?pwd=ZURWdEhLSXBhKy9naVV1R3o5L2dWUT09
- We have a short meeting after the service to discuss, and feedback any thoughts we might have about reviewing this decision – this will be on Zoom
- The 7pm meeting will be suspended
- We continue the Zoom prayer meeting every Monday at 7.30pm https://zoom.us/j/986965522?pwd=Qjlobm5yVGFBZWxNeEZ5cm54ZzFkQT09
- There will also be the opportunity to pray every week day at 12pm https://zoom.us/j/986965522?pwd=Qjlobm5yVGFBZWxNeEZ5cm54ZzFkQT09
- I will be moving my day off back to a Saturday – rather than a Friday
Good news though is that Terry will receive his second jab this Sunday, let’s hope for many more people to receive the vaccine ASAP!
I read this today from Philippians 4 (MSG) “I’ve learned by now to be quite content whatever my circumstances. I’m just as happy with little as with much, with much as with little. I’ve found the recipe for being happy whether full or hungry, hands full or hands empty. Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am”
